Florida keys live wedding painting

Isabella and Joshua got married in an intimate beachfront event at the Courtyard Faro Blanco Resort in Marathon, FL in the Florida Keys. The couple’s beautiful sunset ceremony overlooked the ocean on the Faro Blanco Marina, with their reception just a few steps away under a clear tent on the beach.

Mother of the Bride Marie hired Jamie to paint the couple’s ceremony, which was one of the most picturesque wedding ceremonies Jamie has ever had the honor of painting! Jamie was sure to capture the Faro Black lighthouse and marina behind the couple, along with their stunning driftwood arch.

The couple chose a first kiss pose for their painting, so Jamie created a composition that would highlight the couple’s partially-dipped first kiss as husband and wife. He was sure to capture the highlights and sparkles of Bella’s gorgeous dress! Jamie also kept the couple backlit with the sun setting dramatically behind them. The scene was just as beautiful in person as it appears in the painting!
