Kiersten and Patrick’s wedding reception was such a great way to get back into the swing of weddings at the beginning of this year. Their venue was a unique waterfront banquet hall that really added to the ambiance of their first dance painting!

Kiersten and Patrick’s sweet first dance included a few twirls, and Jamie chose one of these poses as the focal point of their painting. This pose really captured the moment and mood of Kiersten and Patrick’s first dance as husband and wife!

This couple had such a lively celebration, and they included one of the most unique aspects we’ve ever seen at a wedding: a second line parade. This fun tradition, which hails from New Orleans, includes the couple and a brass band as well as any wedding guests and passersby who want to join in. In this particular case, Kiersten and Patrick paraded around the inside and outside of their venue, and it was such a treat to see!

These high school sweethearts threw such a fabulous party! From their lively dance floor to the second line celebration, this was one of the most fun weddings we attended this year.

Congratulations again you two! We couldn’t be happier to have been a part of your unique and fun special day.
